The design of CHoco EMIE is completely different from previous Kinki Studio products. Undoubtedly, this is a more refined design. Really gorgeous! The sound of this little beauty retains many of Kinki Studio's hallmarks - painting a big and convincing soundscape where voices are rendered really nicely! It produces a sound that is somewhat warmer in character compared to other Kinki Studios amplifiers. With a single button on the front, you control all of the amplifier's functions. A press of the button causes the amplifier to start up. Press and hold to turn it off again. When the amplifier is switched on, a short press of the button results in being able to switch between the inputs. And finally, turning the knob increases/decreases the volume. The midrange is absolutely beautiful. The imaging is very large, which makes listening an experience. We also find the finish very good for a product in this class. It is a bit careful with the powerful, full low range and stability with difficult speakers is also a concern. Oh ... and a small annoyance: the remote control must first connect before it does anything ..."
